Shipping Reptiles
Shipping cost is determined via zip code, typically $50-$75. We ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday via FedEx priority overnight shipping. Southwest Air Cargo available for large/special orders if we determine it necessary. Shipping will take place below 90° and above 35°, any animal you purchase can be held at our facility until weather is suitable. Holidays may change shipping schedules. Heat packs, cold packs or cryopak phase 22s will be used accordingly based on current climate. Live arrival is guaranteed. DOAs will be refunded if contacted within 3 hours of pickup. That is the extent of our guarantee. Sex of animals is determined on years of experience but not 100% guaranteed unless stated otherwise. If you request shipping outside of our terms, understand you are waiving our live arrival guarantee. No sales to anyone under the age of 18 without parental consent, we reserve the right to confirm this at our discretion. All sales are final.
